When we think of health insurance, many of us don't think we'll ever need it. We may get it because we have a family, or in case the kids get sick. We typically don't consider a stay in the hospital. However, these things can happen, and when they do, it will probably be out of nowhere. This is where our affordable health insurance comes in. We need that helping hand when the occasion arises.

Natural Treatments are not respected. The important thing to keep in mind is not so much how natural a treatment is, but how much has it been studied, tried, and tested? An all natural cure sounds attractive, but has it been proven in any way effective in treating what it is advertised to treat? What studies have been done on it, and who conducted the studies? A company advertising an all natural cure that is reluctant to show any kind of evidence for their claims other than some ‘testimonials’ from customers should be approached with skepticism, if at all.

Will Insurance companies go for this?

Do you have any idea what three days in the hospital will cost you? Most people don't, but it can really set you back. Especially when we're young, we hardly take the time to find affordable health insurance.

I look back when I was in college, and I could have cared less who had the best rates. I wasn't interested in health insurance at all. Why would I be? I was only 20 years old. This is a common mistake made by many of us. The cold, hard truth is that you'd better be prepared with some kind of health insurance. For example, a close friend of mine in college was suddenly hospitalized. She didn't know what was wrong with her, but she was suddenly ill. After the doctor checked her out, she found out that she had meningitis. Yikes! Well, she didn't have health insurance. This ended up costing her over seven grand.

If you catch colon cancer in the earlier stages, there is an extremely high chance that you’ll recover and survive. Over 90% of people who are diagnosed with an early stage colon cancer are able to undergo a successful surgical removal of the cancer before it spreads. It is important to note that in the beginning stages, colon cancer symptoms are rarely noticeable, so it is only people who regularly go in for a colonoscopy or other colon exam that will be able to catch the disease early.

Colon cancer also has a tendency to run in families. There is a genetic trait for developing ‘polyps’ that can be passed down from one generation to another, and this trait vastly increases your odds of getting colon cancer. If you parents, grandparents, or siblings have even been diagnosed with colon cancer, there is a good chance you may have this polyp gene, and it is especially important for you to get checked regularly once you reach the age of 40.
